Our Love
Story
It all started at camp. In the summer of 2014, Emma and Andrew headed off to Mt. Gilead, Ohio to spend the summer working as camp counselors at Flying Horse Farms, a camp for kids with medical illnesses. They hit off from day 1 of staff training bantering as Emma gave Andrew his official camp nickname - Sir Sassafras - to honor his unparalleled snark and wit that she later grew to love. While the first time dating ended after just under two years (they were young and the timing wasn't right yet) they remained the closest of friends for five years before admitting to themselves they still loved each other. Now 1 dog, 10 years, multiple jobs, cities, degrees, and homes since they first met - they are thrilled be getting married and banter for the rest of their lives.
Travel & Stay
We have two sets of rooms blocked at The Logan Philadelphia and The Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown, October 25-27

Both hotels are walking distance to the Franklin Institute. The Logan is about a 5 minute walk and the Sheraton is about a 10 minute walk.

Philadelphia is easily accessible by plane or train. Philadelphia International Airport is about 15-20 minutes from the hotels and wedding venue, while 30th Street Train Station is about 10 minutes away.
